Typo error on EAD and Driver's Lincense

As the Green Card is on the way, I don't want to take any chances to have pay $340 of EAD fee, if USCIS understands that the typo error on the card was my fault (which I think is was)....anyways.... I do need the DL and I need the EAD to get it or the GC. I am Texas....has anyone have an experience like that? Did DMV cared about the typo error?

The error was on my middle name initial, instead of "C" they ut "D".

Feb/13/2008 - Legal Wedding

Feb/28/2008 - Applied for SSN with valid I-94, passport + marriage license

Mar/12/2008 - AOS filed to Chicago Lockbox

Mar/14/2008 - AOS package delivery confirmed

Mar/21/2008 - Check cashed

Mar/24/2008 - NOAs for AOS, EAD and AP received (Issued and mailed on Mar/19)

Mar/25/2008 - Biometrics appointment letter received (Issued and mailed on Mar/21)

Mar/26/2008 - AOS, AP and EAD are online!

Apr/07/2008 - AOS transfered to California Service Center

Apr/10/2008 - Biometrics Appointment - Done!

Apr/11,13,15/2008 - AOS touched!

May/08,09,12,13/2008 - AOS touched!

May/13/2008 - AP Aproved!!!!!!

May/14/2008 - CRIS' email - EAD Approved and Card production ordered!!!!!!

May/19/2008 - AOS touched!

May/19/2008 - Second CRIS' email about EAD Approval!

May/19/2008 - Received AP and EAD card (EAD with wrong middle name initial!)

Jun/03/2008 - CRIS email - AOS APPROVED and card ordered!!!

Jun/04/2008 - CRIS email - Welcoming new permanent resident!!!

Jun/05/2008 - AOS touched

Jun/06/2008 - CRIS email - Approval notice sent

Jun/09/2008 - GREEN CARD in hands!!!!

ROC

Feb/17/2010 - Received a USCIS reminder of ROC in the mail

Filling for ROC in March
