My husband and I went to AOS interview in NYC on end of January 2008 and haven't get any update for the case.

the case status is read that my case is at NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER but I cannot find the processing time of I-485 under this location.

I also checked the I-485 timeframe for NYC is 3/27/2007 and I wonder this is true for all types of I-485 application because I believe that an application through marriage usually process faster than one through employment ?. Is processing time different by state ??

I am just anxious that many people seem like getting some type of notice while I haven't.

Is anybody waiting this long to get an update ?? It would be nice if I can hear from someone who had AOS interview in NYC.

I made INFOPASS appointment but, I wonder what I can expect from the appointment ?
