Totally confused by CRIS email please please help!

Hey guys,

I just recieved an email from CRIS stating that an approval notice had been sent for my 129F Petition for Fiance(e) with a case number that I don't recognise (it could be the case number from when I applied for my visa but I'm not sure and dont have any documentation with me)

However the weird thing is that my I129F was approved months ago and right now I am going through adjustment of status. I checked online and my AOS is still "recieved and pending" at National Benefits Center, however the last updated date has been changed to yesterday and the last updated date on my EAD and AP (already approved) have been changed to 3 days ago...

I'm very confused..does this mean that my AOS has been approved without interview even though it is still at NBC? or is it some sort of error?

I'm at work right now so can't call USCIS for a couple of hours but any info would be very helpful if anyone has had a similar situation..thanks...

Its probably just the CRIS update system messing up. People have reported getting multiple emails down the line after a benefit was granted. Just ignore the email.

Well I just called USCIS and of course they were about as unhelpful as they could be..the girl on the phone literally gave me about 4 seconds to speak before launching into a speech about how they cannot give out personal information etc.

Anyway I am thinking that the touches on my AOS, EAD and AP may have something to do with the ar11 i filled out online to change my address (would this result in a touch?) and maybe while they were updating my files they sent out an approval notice for my 1129F which was actually approved nearly a year ago...

Anyway I have an infopass appointment in 2 weeks so fingers crossed it will be cleared up then.
