ok, now I prepared all documents. I know I am freaking out.

Well, what I will bring is

1, passport

2, photo 5x5 x2

3, medican record

4, police record

5, birth certificate with English translation

6, I-134 notarized + his latest tax return copy, W2 copy, 06 tax return and W2( I do not think it is necesarry), a copy of employment letter, copy of one year paystubs( I know this is way too much), his bank statement ( has only $850, but at least shows the date his account opened and average balance for past 90days)

7, intent to marry letter from him and me with signatures

8, ongoing relationship + copy of his and my passport with stamps, photos, e-mail and letters

9, year book which shows that we met each other in high school

10, DS156x2 signed

11, DS 156 no signed

12, Fee

13, any documents from USCIS like I-120, working authorized card

anyone please give me advice

That's just about the same things that Darren took to his interview...someone who has dealt with the Japanese embassy could probably help you with anything additional to this (if anything is missing)....do you have your interview date yet?

7/20/08 - AOS/EAD/AP sent to Chicago Lockbox

11/18/08 - AOS approved!!!

11/25/08 - Received welcome letter...and Green Card!!!

12/21/08 - ceremonial wedding

10/9/10 - Sent I-751 and started the fresh hell that is ROC

10/14/10 - NOA1 for ROC

10/29/10 - received appointment for Biometrics

11/22/10 - Biometrics appointment

Currently: Living blissfully with my Essex lad...
