Hi,

As part of AOS application (I-130/I-485), I have filed G-325A for my husband(USC) and myself.

I am wondering if USCIS will do thorough investigation on the job history??? Before I filed AOS application through marriage(Feb 2008). I applied for F1 studetn visa back in my home country (in the late 2002), then H1B in 2006(applied in the US).

I did not remember what i wrote in the application in 2002 ( filed with US consulate office in Thailand). So, I am not sure if all the information will be matched. And, if they find any discrepancies, they will deny my case? Does anyone know if details like job history matter?? Will they investigate thouroughly like calling all the employers we put on that form??

My personal opinion (speaking as K1>AOS applicat) is that G-325A is just a form that brings together all your personal details. I don't imagine they'd be too concerned if data from one G-325A does not match word for word the date on a previously submitted G-325A.

I personally wouldn't be worried about it, but I could be wrong.

K-1 Visa Process.
