COLUMBIA HOUSE DVD CLUB SCAM!

1 post in this topic

Recommended Posts

Since December last year, I'd been receiving movie DVD from this company. At first, thought I did it purchase, so my husband paid it.

Since then, they keep sending me DVDs and just last week, I received a billing statement from them regarding the balance I have now + the late payment charge  (for the movie DVD I did not even order!!).. Did online research about this company and found out they are a SCAM!

To get NOT into trouble I paid the mysterious "balance". But I want them to stop sending me DVDs and the possibility of charging my account in the future.

What should I do?! I can't even find a "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION" page on their website!!!:help:

You were never a mistake. You were my realization.
