Hi All,

I visit the website ocassionally to read people's comments on their and other people's cases. I have been following up K3 visa for my wife for a while, and i am very frustrated these days.

I got married in Jan 2007, two days after my marriage i had to come back because of work here. I filed my wife's I-130 and recieved I-797 C Notice of Action in july 2007 saying that they have recieved my application...Notice type: Reciept Notice, with an application number. When i filed the I-130 i was a US permanent resident. In Feb 2008 i became a US Citizen and right away filed my wife's I-129F. Yesterday i recieved another I-797 C stating the same thing, that they have recieved I-129F application...Notice type: Reciept Notice with a different application number...does that mean that they are not going to consider all the time i waited in 2007 and they are going to start the process as a new application  ?

I have been long apart from my newly wedded wife and i feel extremely frusted after recieving another I-797C Notice of Actions that is the same as the one i recieved last year.
