Does anyone know if the opposite is true? Will a K-1 denial affect the validity of a Visitor visa? I am just worse casing my current situation here.

Does the person already hold a tourist visa? I can't say that a K-1 denial would, however when I saw this post I wondered if someone would even get tourist visa, especially since the CO might believe the person will come to the US and marry, adjust status etc., given the K-1 was denied. I mean, they might think it would be a way of getting around the K-1 denial. If the person already holds a tourist visa, and is denied a K-1 visa, then I suppose they could still visit. I'm really not sure, but a very interesting question. Hopefully someone that knows or has experience with this could answer.
