Hi to all members here of VJ! I am new here but i do read all the topics here almost everyday. I just arrived here in US last year, and got married w/in the 90days period. My problem now is my husband has problem with his taxes w/c he still trying to solve it & he is self-employed. He haven't filed for 2years now but still working out of course. My worries is to apply for AOS, recent ITR are one of the requirements. I have everything in my hands now except for ITR-1040 (but we have a ITR-copy of his last date filed, after that year he failed to file, but stil working out...)

What i will do? Do i still submit my package for AOS? but im very much wary USCIS will give me RFE questioning us for recent ITR. If they found out we have no recent ITR, are we getting denial for that?.....what if i will ask co-sponsor of my in-laws to help us our problems? do u think it will help us?

I know some members here have any ideas regarding immigration process most especially my case. Someone advised us to submit the package, and if we will get RFE, we will do Co-sponsorship. I am so depress all the time with my situation, and so stressed out. I cant have any ID's to obtain because we havent filed yet for AOS...

Hope anyone will enlighten me w/ regards to my problem. God bless.
