Form have to be filed with a month of the date you send them off?

Im just wondering whether all the forms have to be dated within one month of the date you send them off.

I've never heard of anyone having a problem with that issue and personally I can't imagine why it would matter. Obviously the date used must be appropriate for the stage you're at - i.e., after you entered the country/got married when you're applying for AOS, or within the 90 days prior to your first green card running out when you're going for the lifting of conditions, etc. Just make sure all the information on the relevant form is still accurate and be sure to include the newest versions of evidence available - your most recent bills/statements/receipts or whatever.
