hi. got our noa1 on january 30 so our noa2 is expected around mid or late june.

anyway, i was just wondering if there's anything we can prepare while waiting for noa2. i already read some posts regarding what documents are needed after noa2 like affidavit of support and supporting evidence for this.

Can i ask my fiance to start getting these (like bank statements, letter from employer, etc.) ahead of time? if yes, around how many weeks before our expected noa2? or should we just wait for noa2 before getting these documents?

thanks so much! sorry, i think im getting too excited

...its possible u may receive your noa2 early of May. You may start to gather the necessary documents as early as now (like of; pay stubs, income tax return/w-2, letter from employer...your personal papers...

good luck...

The guides and faq's at the top of the forums will help you a lot. ;)

yup i've been browsing over the guides, specifically on what to do after receiving an noa2.. it says there to gather the documents ASAP after noa2 arrives. it is also suggested to gather info ahead of time , so i wondered if getting them now would be too early for my case.

thank you so much kimandruss and sweetpink for your responses.
