G-325A "All Other Names Used"

My fiancee is Spanish and accordingly has a full name consisting of four names in this order: first name, middle name, father's last name and mother's last name. As suggested in the VisaJourney guide, I used her first, middle and father's last name on all of the forms and explained in the cover letter that this is what I would be doing.

Here is my question: on her G-325A form, does she need to list her full name (all four) on the second line which asks for "All Other Names Used", or is this unnecessary? Or should she just enter "none"?

We just used my wifes 1st name, middle and fathers last name on ALL forms.

We did put her full (all 4) when they asked if any other names used.

I wouldn't put "none" as that is not true.... she does have another name she has used.

I used all my fiancée's names on all forms. (first, middle, father's 1st last name, mother's 1st last name)

Under the other names used, none.
