I am a Canadian who has been on a TN for 10 plus years. I am planning on marrying in the US to my US sweetie who is a USC, but my TN will expire before the wedding (may 08 TN expires, wedding later). Should I renew my TN, then get married, or should we legally get married, and then re-new my TN. Once I have more time I will file the AOS, EAD ect. Any help would be beneficial. Thanks.
