i received an email regarding the confirmation number but i dont know what appointment letter looks like...how can we get an appointment letter with this new procedures?

It looks like with the new procedures, that would be your appointment letter if it bears your name, case number and interview date. Was it sent by USEM with official letterhead?

That should be it since I read a post here where the applicant was instructed to present that email at the gate of USEM on the interview appointment... Have you tried verifying it with USEM's customer service?

Just print that email and bring it with you to the embassy and medical. I also sent my fiancee a copy of the visa approval letter from the NVC that also shows the MNL case number. Both of these will be good enough.

The best thing for you to do is call St. Lukes if they still issue a copy of Packet 4 despite the new procedures.

Guys, There's nothing magical in the Packet 4. Everything there is readily available on the USE Manila Web Site. The only thing of interest is the appointment letter, the issuance of which seems to be undergoing a process change in line with the process change for getting appointments.

Warm Regards,

Samby

we called the call center but he did not send me an email... appointment in email they said , and that time, I do not know about it.

but he gave me an appointment confirmation #.

I look in the interview appointment site, and I type my case #, my interview date and medical is showed in there.

Since I don't have appointment email, I will just print it from this site http://203.177.135.10/ivappointment/login.asp
