Hi

I'm hoping someone can give me some advice of my options: Thanks in advance

Scenario:

I am going to be married to an LPR (outside the US) in a few months

I also have my F1 Visa as I plan to study in the US - course starts after the marriage

F1 visa is for 6 months - course is for 3 months

He's eligible for USC - 2nd half of 2009

Here are my questions?

(1) Is the F1 still valid after the study program ends or is it that i MUST transfer to another study program

(2) Can he apply for me while I'm on the F1 and I stay in the US while the papers are in and the process is being worked out ?

Just bumping this.

I have NO IDEA what you're asking  Pronoun confusion.

I wouldn't know anyway though because I don't know about any other visas besides K1  Try a different forum section?

Summer 2001 - met my Scottish boy

December 18th, 2007 - proposal in Madrid's Botanical Gardens with a duck standing behind him going 'food?'

January 18th, 2008 - I-129F sent to VSC

January 31st, 2008 - received NOA1, issued Jan. 24 :)

February 24th, 2008 - NOA2; omgwtfbbqlolz

February 29th, 2008 - NVC letter sent
