Hello! Sorry if this has been answered in the past but i cannot find any info. I am living in the US with a green card but am originally from Australia. My parents are wanting to visit me but because my dad has a criminal conviction from 26 years ago he is ineligible for the visa waiver. Thus he has to go through the arduous process of applying for a visa. Because the crime was commited so long ago it is unlikely to show up on his criminal check. Does anyone have any idea on how we can obtain evidence of the crime (court documents, etc)? It was commited in a small town in Western Australia. Thanks so much!!!
