Hi

Not that i am anywhere near this yet but would be nice to know in advance.

Will I need to book medicals for both my children (aged 10 and 13) who are included on the l-129f when i book mine? am hoping not to have to take them to london. I know i don't need to take them to the interview as they are under 14 (phew - would of been fun dragging them along for that).

Also trying to pre-empt what there dad would do i have a feeling he would not sign to say he gives approval for them to be taken out of the country even though as they were born pre 2002 meaning he does not have any parental responsibility at the moment as never married just name on birth certificate (this may change as hes applied for it now, and prohibitive steps and custody).

any suggestions

I feel you will get better answers to this in the Embassy Forum and so I am moving the question.

I can tell you that anecdotally in the past, London has required a written statement from the parent left behind in the UK giving permission for the children to leave.
