my fiiance had her interview to day and was done in like 5 hours and she said she was to shy to ask if she was approved but the gave her the paper and then told her to go pay the visa delevery fee so i would think that if she paid the fee that she was approved because why would she pay if she was not approved anyone know...i wish she would have asked

In my own opinion, having asked to pay the visa delivery is already an indication that your petition was approved.

I think she is approved because she was asked to pay. But you also have to know, as a Filipina, we learned from others not to say anything other than answering questions because it might work to our disadvantage...plus its in our culture- to be shy that is.=)

While it is true that given a pink slip and paying delbros for visa delivery are signs that you are "approved", the only time that you can really confirm it is once you got the visa in hand. I'd still say my congratulations and hope and pray that the visa will be delivered soon!

Paying the DELBROS delivery fee is a very good sign. If your fiance did not receive any papers asking for more evidence that is even better. If you do not receive the visa within a week call the Embassy or Department of State to check on the status.

Congrats on completing the interview.
