I have not posted in a while because my Gf has been trying to get her Birth Certificate so that she could get her passport. Well the good news is that she just got her Birth Certificate and is in the process of applying for her passport. Her medical and interview should be in May. My question is what does she have to do to get ready for the medical and interview? What fees need to be paid for the medical and interview? She did receive a package from the embassy. It was a couple of DS forms which she as already filled out. Oh by the way she lives in Butuan, All responses will be greatly appreciated. God bless.

It would help to:

1. Read the US embassy website

2. Read the pinned threads here by Sheriff Uling.

3. Call up the government agencies in case you have questions.

Most information are already here you just need to look around some and read and take notes a lot.

She needs to pay the medical exam fee at St. Luke's for her medical and for her upcoming interview she needs to pay the visa application fee at BPI & document verification fee at Metrobank branches. You can find posts here in VJ which will help you get ready for the medical & interview. Goodluck!
