Packet 3 til interview time frame

A lawyer mess up our paperwork’s in Vietnam. I don’t know why the delay but it pisses me off. I found out that my fiancé just mailed out packet 3 yesterday when she received it on January 15. Does anyone know how long will it take to receive packet 4 and upon sending in packet 4 till they decide to give her an interview day? I am just looking for a time frame so I can be prepared. I know that in Vietnam every move so slow and difficult. This waiting game is just killing me. I was just wondering if there is anyway to expedite this. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks guys
