visa pick-up a better choice?

I’d like to ask for opinions regarding my concern. I’ll be having my interview in March 12 and if everything goes well, I will be issued the visa few days after the interview. Since I encountered a problem with delivery of my packet 4 due to out of area delivery, I’m thinking about handing out a request letter for visa pick-up during the interview and wait few more days in Manila to pick-up the visa instead of waiting for it to be delivered to my home address. I called up Delbros in Manila today and asked them about delivery to provincial towns in Cebu. The lady who answered told me they have Delbros branch in Cebu City though she didn’t assure me that the visa will surely be delivered. I’m worried about this because I read posts that Delbros returned the visa back to the embassy if they are unable to locate the address. I’d like to fly out to the US first week of April and I know still have time to get everything ready. Is visa pick-up a better option (this means I will stay longer in Manila which will add up to my expenses) or should I wait for the visa to be delivered to me in the province? How long does it take for the embassy to notify that visa is ready for pick-up and if I don’t opt for visa pick-up how long it take for visa to be delivered by Delbros to provincial towns in Cebu? :help:

You can request for visa pick-up after your interview with the consul.. Either the consul will say yes or no.

But you can also have your visa delivered to the hotel you will be staying in. Just give the exact room number, hotel name and address. That's what my friend did. Good luck.

You were never a mistake. You were my realization.
