Copy of Pet Loan ( Sigh. Cute dog though) showing both of our names

Copy of different bills with one of our names but showing same address

uughhhmmmmmmm and about 20 odd pictures of us together.

I don't have to include passport picture right?

Am i forgetting anything ? I'm not doing the friends affadavit cause well, to be honest, we only hang out with the family..... wait.. does that sound bad? lol. no friends for the win! lol

since my fiance doesn't drive would or can he get a state issued id with my address on it and it be ok.. i haven't gotten as far as you in the process.. thanks
