error on filing up my I-751

guys, i had my biometrics this morning at 10:00 am....that portion other names used i put "N/A" the officer give it back to me and said i have to fill-up my maiden name....and guess what? on my I-751 submitted last december that box there for other names used i also put "N/A" ...guys am i screwed up??? i am supposed to write my maiden name right?
