I don't know about morrocco/tunisia or any other mena countries, but I am petitioning for algeria I hope anyone else petitioning for algeria will let me know if you had any news about your petitions or any updates about a k3 or I-130.

My I-130 I confirmed its in the NVC but I'm getting a request for an original marriage certificate to finish processing a k3. I called USCIS today and she said they are giving K3 for us and they need the evidence soon or they will terminate the k3 process? The k3 will go straight from USCIS to Embassy in Algiers. Has any other algerian petitioners had this happen lately?? I've been waiting 7-8 months total.

I am the only one in a marriage process for an algerian. Just give them the evidence they need for the k3. I have been at nvc since early december with my cr1 and I just NOW got both fee bills paid..... I am waiting on both packages to be printed and mailed out from nvc to my attorney, then they are filled out and sent back and then the wait continues. Its been a horrible strain on me because i am asthmatic and high risk pregnant and really have struggled each day with breathing... i really need to apply for a expedite due to my healh, hoping he will get here faster
