My mother went to ask the next day and the people at the reception told her she doesn't need to submit anything just check online for her status and that's it.

My mother need to go back to Iraq after five days.

I'm not sure what we should do. Does she need to submit these information? do you need her to be there in person again? Or just go with what the Embassy ppl at the reception say? Does it mean that she is approve and you just need more time to process? Is it true that it will take two to three months
