Hi

I am ready to file k1 for my fiancee who is studying in uk from 4 months for 1 yr course that will end in Sept08.

1) My question is if i file by mid feb then when can i except interview call . Because he is indian citizen and i wonder if he needs to fly india for interview ? or can he request to give at uk embassy ? If yes, then what is the residency requirement ?

2)When do I request to have it at Uk embassy ? Is it done by my fiancee during packet 2 ??

3)How long does it takes to make this decision ?

4) Can medical exam be given at Uk ?

5) how about "Police clearance"?can he obtain from uk as well ,and how early he can get it after petition is approved ?

6) About "Intend to Marry" letter can we both sign on same page ? Or should i submit 2 seperate letters ?

7) Does anything else needs to be notarized other than I-134 ? (which will happen after NOA2 notification)

8) Can i make xerox copies of G324A on behalf of fiancee and submit, as he already filled/signed one of the page,in order to save time instead of having it mailed all the 4 originals.

Pls let me know

Thanks in advance
