Questions on AOS

Hello All

Here is a little of our background -

We got married last Oct here in US. My wife was a graduate student and has started now working at a high-tech company since last Aug. She got her EAD card and is on her one-year OPT, which will expire in June 2008.

I got few questions on AP and I-485...

1. For AP document, "an explanation or other evidence showing the curcumstanaces that warrant issuance of an AP document" --> what does this mean???

2. How should I answer "Application type" on I-485? and what evidence of eligibility should I submit???

3. We didn't apply K visa since my wife was in the states legally. Now we apply AOS directly. Will it a problem?
