Assuming that the local office this week can't do anything regarding my missing case file and missing service requests to find the missing file (wow USCIS is a pro at losing things) and the ombudsman route doesn't work as well, I'm thinking of re applying in late Jan. early February.

I'm going to cite 3 things.

First. USCIS error ie. both the previous missing file and my requests after 90 days to have it found...which also went missing...

-Proof. I guess with my statement to the above I send in copies of my registered mail receipt etc?

Second. Physical Hardship ie. I was diagnosed with Hemeparesis when I was young and while I can drive etc. it can be hard without some one else. Ie. family and friends in the Midwest, East Coast. And when we lived together i relied on my fiance.

-Proof. Paperwork with my diagnosis?

Third. Economic Hardship. ie. can't afford help and its not feasible to move back to the UK as my fiance currently works in the Midlands and my line of work is not available in the area.

Will they look for anything else do you think?
