POE Review:
Event Description
Entry Date : 2010-03-16
Embassy Review : POE at PET Airport Dorval on March 16th 2010 Arrived at 4 am at the airport...It was not too early a lot of people were already there waiting at Security! It was easy, not stressfull, very nice CPB Officer...just have to wait a good bit...

The first CBP Officer didn't know how to activate my visa...she thought she could do it right in front so she sent me to fill my I94 in the back and told me to come back to wait in line to see her...I did even I thought it was weird but my fiance was with me so I thought maybe she will do it like this because he was with me...I came back and wait again in line ...When I finally get to her desk, I told her about my envelope and she decided to sent me in the back waiting to see an other officer...So we had to wait longer because of that.

I was really glad that I got to the Airport early! We finally see the other officer in the room...he had checked my envelope first...he didn't ask a lot of question...he told me not to work until I get my GC...he put my I94 in my passport and told me we were good to go...

He was really nice and friendly!
Hope the same for all of you!
Harassment Level : Low

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
