Consulate Review: Manila, Philippines
Review Topic: K3 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : March 2, 2009
Embassy Review : Trisha got approved. We arrived at 5:30am. Lots of confusion until 6:30 where the guards wanted us to wait. Once inside things progressed nicely. Everyone was nice. I was there with her.
Rating : Good

POE Review: Minneapolis/St Paul
Event Description
Entry Date : 2009-03-13
Embassy Review : Very fast, 1 minute wait in line and 5 minutes to review and process the paperwork. No questions. At customs we did have an agriculture inspection that we were asked to go through. Trisha was very impressed that the inspector spoke in various languages including tagalog.
Harassment Level : High

Local US CIS Office Review: Saint Paul MN
Review Topic: cis_topic
Event Description
Review Date : August 18, 2009
Embassy Review : Waiting room had about 30 people in it and it was pretty busy the entire time we were there. We arrived about 20 minutes early and within 1 hour we had left. Interview lasted about 10-15 minutes. We did get the I-551 stamp in Trisha's passport since we were traveling back to the Philippines in a few weeks. She should have her GC in 2-3 weeks.
Harassment Level : Moderate

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
