Port of Entry : Chicago
POE Date : 2009-01-23
Got EAD Stamp : No
Biometrics Taken : No
Harassment Level : 5
Comments : There wasn`t a lot of people so the line moved pretty fast. They didn`t take me to the second inspection room. The guy was nice but went trought all my paperwork and made me a lot of questions. Some of these:
Whats your fiance first name
Where did u met him
Where is him
Where are you gonna stay
Why they denied you entry last time
When are you going to get married
Where does your fiance live
Then he looked at my medical and he started to ask around to the other officers why the Tbc section wans't signed and if that was going to be a problem...thanks God his Supervisor just told him that wasn't a problem and I could take care of it later...It took about 40 minutes total... I lost my connection cuz my plane was in late but I`m finally here so I can`t complain too much =)

Consulate Review: Naples, Italy

Event Description
Review Date : December 30, 2008
Embassy Review : I got my medical the day before the interview. I got at the Instuto Varelli at 7.40 am and I was out by 11.30.
The doctores are nice and friendly. I got blood test, X Ray and they gave me the 2 shots I was missing and just a general control at the end. No particular questions.
Even at the Consulate everything moved pretty quickly. My appointment was at 10 am and I showed up at 9.30...By 10.20 I was out. They didn't ask for any eveidence, they already had the whole package from CSC. The Consular was very nice!! He just asked me if my fiancee was still deployed and where, when he was coming back and when and where we were planing to get married...Then he just told me "Well this time you won't have problem to get to the States cuz you will have your Fiancee Visa" (last time I tryed to enter they deny me entry) and he made me a big smile and showed me two thumbs up...Haha! He was a pretty funny guy! Anyways I got say everything went very good!!
Rating : Very Good

Embassy Review : My appointment was at 12.30 and i got there 45 minutes earlier. They called me in at 12.35 ...The office was a young lady 9around 30 years old) very friendly and polite...I felt confortable right the way. She went trought our application and verify that everything was corrected. She asked me for my husband military order (he couldn't come with me because he was out of town for training) and for the supporting documents I took with me. She kept all of them and then she said she was going to approve us cuz everything looked good, to keep my EAd untill GC arrived and then to destroy it. I gotta said it was a really nice experience!!
Harassment Level : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
