The officer was pretty nice. All he did was to take a look at K1 visa folder and checked medical. That's it.
He was pretty nice.I was surprised because I used to be stopped and asked so many questions and be sent to the second inspection for three times. |

Embassy Review : |
I went to the embassy on the 13th of May. It was not as crowded as I expected. It went very quickly.
Questions were , where did you meet your fiance?, what language do you speak to your fiance?, how long did you live in the US?, what type of communication do you use to contact your fiance?, when did you return to Japan?, does your fiance make enough money to support you? things like that. They cared about my husband's income so much. So make sure you bring enough evidence. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
