Event Description
Review Date : January 15, 2009
Embassy Review : i had my interview June 23, 2008.. sorry this should came earlier but i thought i have posted it already in PI forum,..

i got there at 600 with my mom, they let us in around quarter to 7.. i thought im perfectly ready.. but guess what, i have some things in my DSs that were not filled out.. so i have to sit again and do it before i van get back to line, where i can get the number.. atleast they were consistent coz some of poeple there where filling some dss too.. after 4 hours of waiting i was finally called in the consul to have a very brief 3 -5 minutes interview.. after that she said your vis ais approved just wait to be called in (that's where they gave me back our pictures) then i paid for my delivery..:D yay!

Hi! I saw your post about your mom who petitioned for you siblings. How soon did you pay the AOS fee after filing the I-130? Thanks! You can text me at 8587057192. Thanks!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
