Comments : Return Receipt for I-130 packet received by USCIS on 11/05....it is now Thanksgiving Day and we still do not have the NOA...per website they are behind - Just makes me worry!!

01/28/08-As of 01/24/08, the fee was taken from my account....but still no actual NOA1......hopefully any day now!

YES!!!! Called USCIS...still had not received the NOA1..Mr. Santos(many blessings to him!), located it, gave me the receipt number and processed a new one to be sent to me!! Thank God!

Finally received NOA1 on 03/27/08-Sent I-129F packet on 03/29/08; received delivery confirmation as of 04/07/08.

Received email confirmation that I-130 was approved (still no word on I-129F); proceeding on with the NVC Process now.

The NOA2 for I130 is actually 05/23/08 and the NOA2 for the I129F 05/30/08 - however the timeline kept giving me an error, like that could not happen...BUT, it did!

Had interview on 10/09..did not go well; having 2nd interview on 10/21...HOPING and PRAYING for the best!

Event Description

Embassy Review : It truly amazes me that the U.S. can instill two females at the U.S. Consulate in Casablanca that have a total disregard for humanity and a disrespect for the people and country they are living in!

My husband was interviewed by the younger woman with dark hair, yellowish or white skin and glasses. He said that you disliked her immediately because you could feel how much she hated you.

She asked him if he was aware he was marrying a very poor woman and how was I going to support him! She refused to take into consideration that I receive my home, utilities and phone for free...per the USCIS guidelines that IS to be taken into consideration. She also kept trying to factor in my 2 eldest children in the household count, even though they are both on their own.

She asked him 4 different times why he "liked" me! He kept reiterating that he loved me and the reasons why.

She then took all our emails, chats, letters, phone call history and pics, gave him the letter stating they could not give him a visa that day, and told him to leave.

Her rudeness and total disrespect for her fellow man is totally ludicrous and inexcusable. Just another tangible reminder that our government is NOT for the people and/or by the people!!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
