Got EAD Stamp : Yes,Passport Stamp
Biometrics Taken : Yes
Harassment Level : 0
Comments : My POE is GUAM because my airline is CONTINENTAL . The DHS Officials are very nice...very accommodating and very friendly. It is so easy. There are many Filipino working in Immigration but the person i went to is not but he is very kind. I gave him my passport with my VISA and 1-94 and biometrics taken, took pictures and got my PACKET. They dont look for my XRAY and health certificate. They ask few questions and stamped my passport. Thats it. You will feel at home there really.

Comments : I passed my application Feb.27,2009 and approved by May 14,2009. The processing of my papers took only for 2 months and 13 days, pretty fast actually. My working permit and approval letter came on the same date. I waited for this Green Card so I can plan to visit the Philippines. Thank you so much. The people in USCIS Metairie, New Orleans, LA are very kind and so professional. I commend their systematic workmanship. Thumbs Up!

Comments : Before my 1-94 expired, I applied EAD and paid $360. I got the NOA by September with an error on my name.I reported the grammatical error, December they corrected it. My 1-94 had been long expired. I got the negative decision by January. So, when I file the AOS, I submitted all the documents and how my name was screwed up during my first application. It went smoothly this time and I commend the people who take care of my papers. Thank you.

If you are a K1 Visa Holder, file the AOS right away.

Embassy Review : People in the US EMBASSY....verybody there are very accommodating and very nice. They are very polite and helpful. The consul who is assigned in my papers is very approachable and witty.
Applicants: Just come there with all the papers... complete ...and wear a SMILE and have SELF CONFIDENCE. As long as you have the documents and you know whats the purpose of the interview...everything will be okay.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
