Comments : I sent in my packet 3 stuff in before receiving the packet 3 and got lucky. The date my sent package was received by the embassy was the same day my packet 3 was dated for being sent to me in Bangkok.//Nok's visa was received the next day but it was b/c of a special request. We were told that all K1 and immigrant visas now take two days before being picked up.

Consulate Review: Bangkok, Thailand
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : December 4, 2007
Embassy Review : We were there for less than 20 minutes from the time we left the taxi to the time we finished the interview. It was extremely simple. They some basic questions about each of us and our plan for the US and that was it. She commented on our nice pics and said congratulations. I was very pleased.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
