Even with a lawyer and internal contacts we only found an available interview appointment after checking the website for several months. At one point we were planning to go to Estonia to conduct the medical exam and interview, and then we checked the website just before buying our airline tickets. We would have needed to stay in the country for a couple of weeks until the process was complete. Despite our success, if you have the time and money I would recommend arranging an interview in another country. It is too difficult to schedule an interview through the US Embassy in Moscow, and I imagine it will only get worse. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-129f was approved in 168 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 340 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.
