We never received (Pkt 3) letter in the mail - apparently it was lost or never sent by the Consulate! They replied to our second website query (after 10 weeks from receipt of Pkt 2 / I-130 approval) and said they had sent a letter May 9, 2017, provided case number and instructions. In short we lost 10 weeks because of a problem with the mail! |
