It simply said they were going to use the old ones and I didn't need to appear at a USCIS center. • 6-4-2019: Case transferred from California Service Center to Nebraska Service Center. • 7-12-2019: Online status changed to "New card is being produced". • 7-15-2019: Approval notice came in the mail. • 7-16-2019: Online status changed to "Card was mailed to me".
