Comments : • I filed my petition on 08-15-2018.
NOA1 took forever!
I received the notice in the mail on 10-29-2018, so over two months from the filing date. I also had to call USCIS twice to make sure they were actually processing my petition.
The check was cashed a little over a month after the filing date.

• 11-03-2019:
Received the biometrics notice in the mail. It simply said they were going to use the old ones and I didn't need to appear at a USCIS center.

• 6-4-2019:
Case transferred from California Service Center to Nebraska Service Center.

• 7-12-2019:
Online status changed to "New card is being produced".

• 7-15-2019:
Approval notice came in the mail.

• 7-16-2019:
Online status changed to "Card was mailed to me".

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
