Comments : Didn't get an email for NOA2. I found out they APPROVED (NOA2) by the website. Hard copy of NOA2 12/26/14.
01/08/2015 Called NVC, was told could take up to 35 days to receive package.

01/14/2015 Called NVC, same story, up to 35 days

01/20/2014 On hold for ONLY 30 min, got our case# MTL 1234...Told me to call back in 1wk for case status. ONLY took 28days to get to NVC!

01/22/2014 Called NVC to inquire about our case. No update, they are still reviewing it and could take up to 30 days.

01/28/2014 NVC closed for the past 2days cuz of bad weather. Call them today, still no update!

02/03/2014 NVC is open today, AMAZINGLY! Same story, they said our case is under "administrative processing" and they'll MAIL me the result. They don't EMAIL result.
2/10/2015: Took 3 WEEKS for NVC to process our case!
2/11/2015: for 21 days of our status was "at NVC", then the past two days it jump to Transit, then Ready.
02/11/2014 READY. In less than 24hr our status magically jumped 2 levels, after 21 days of no activity. Emailed MONTREAL-IV-DV@STATE.GOV requested further communication via email.

02/17/2014 Got an email response from MTL "Your file is being reviewed. We soon provide you instructions."

02/19/2015 Emailed them today AGAIN.

02/23/2015 Got letter from NVC dated 2/11, posted stamped on 2/19! Stating our case was forwarded to MTL.

03/04/2014 Submitted multiple inquiries with no response! Tired of waiting around, so emailed in Packet 3 with copy of student visa.

03/09/2014 CEAC Status Date changed AGAIN to today. Hope this mean we'll be getting Packet 4 soon.

03/11/2014 GOT PACKET 4! CEAC Status Date changed.
