Comments : We sent the AOS package in Feb. 2015 and was returned. I read through the paperwork and all appeared ok. We then resent the AOS package and all was accepted. Don't know why the first time the package was returned. Maybe USCIS in Chicago just wanted to dump some files due to to the bad weather????

Consulate Review: Cambodia
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : August 11, 2018
Embassy Review : Arrived with future spouse and entered 0800. Waited and watched lone fiancées leave without approval. Called to window after 2.5 hour wait. I am Chinese and the CO spoke Chinese!!! Really not much of interview. He did ask my now husband how is he so lucky to have met me. Visa approved and retrieved passport a few days later. Sold and gave away household stuff and left Cambodia.
Rating : Very Good

POE Review: Philadelphia
Event Description
Entry Date : 2015/02.01
Embassy Review : We made it through passport control with no problem and sent to secondary room to hand in sealed envelope. Only question asked was how much cash we were carrying. Had connecting flight and had no problem.
Harassment Level : Low

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
