Event Description
Review Date : October 13, 2015
Embassy Review : Had my interview today in Boise Idaho! Went quick and easy! We went there 30 min prior the interview, but we were not worried at all, so the time flew fast while me and my husband were talking and kissing in the waiting room The lady was super nice and friendly and it sounded like she was already convinced that we r a real couple even before we started! She made us swear, copied our ID's, and then just asked us questions from g-325a like our full name, date and place of birth, address, name of our parents, and all "no" questions from I-485. Then she said "tell me your story, how did u guys meet and where" and then she asked "do u have new evidences of your relationship that I don't have already on your record"- we gave her our common phone bill, the last statement from our joint bank account, my husband's contract with the NAVY(because my name is mentioned there as his spouse) and his life insurance that I am his beneficiary. Then she ask for my passport in order to remove my I-94 from there, said we r approved and to expect my temporary green card in 7-10 days in mail! Then gave me explanation letter how to remove the conditions from my green card in order to get my permanent one in the period year and 9 months and 2 years, because we have been married for less than 2 years. And that was it! Done in 15 minutes! We shook hands and left with smile!
Harassment Level : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
