Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : October 15, 2013
Embassy Review : Arrive at 620 am for a 730am appointment. Went inside gave medical history and then he did his finger prints. Got his number and wait. He got called about 1020am for interview.
He was ask how and when did we meet
When did our relationship became romantic
When you saw her for the first time at the airport what did you think
Did he know that I had file for someone before
He was ask to see pictures
He was ask about our webchat but didnt not ask to see them.
He ask him where was I and he told him that I was outside and he ask me to come inside to speak to him. So I had to go through security and then I went inside to speak to the Officer. He ask me about when did I divorece my previous husband I said it was in 2002. He ask me have I ever spoke to my ex- family I said I went and saw his sister. He ask about a trip that I had made in 2011 to Jamaica I said I went to go visit my friend in Trelawny. Did he tried to say that my co-sponsor income was not enough because he was retired and I say yes he does have enough I showed him a copy of his bank statement. I dont know where and how his info got misplace between NVC and Embassy but he did not have it or he over looked it. Then he say since his bank account was jointly we need to get his wife to do I-864a, 2012 tax transcript, and copy of her passport. They took my husband passport and say as soon as we get that info in he will be issued the visa. It was a long process and hot. But the process is soon over. I want to tell you all if you have a co-sponsor and they have a joint account with the spouse take that chance and get the I-864a fill out just in case they ask for it.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
