Comments : This is to come in one year minus 90 days + 1 from when my conditional GC expired (to play it safe within the time-frame). When will it all be over? :-P I guess that will be after Naturalization and when I have the US Passport and/ or US Citizenship Certificate...?
Tired, such a long trip... worth it? ;-)

Had to be retaken because first set they were unable to catagorize they say... So? I am unique! ;-)
Filed everything ourselves, I did the research and filled in all the forms and did the whole packet myself, Kevin helped by getting the needed stuff together then we sent it through DHL. Says who we cannot do this ourselves? :-)

Comments : Note:
Sorry, I forgot the exact EAD Received Date. It was within the 14 days after approved though. Did not pay too much attention to it. Not much use for it. Never used it. Apparently if you want a decent job (high end positions) you will need your Green Card. Having an EAD amounts to zilch for that. Waste of time and waste of money.

Comments : It has started... have to renew DL in AZ, hope all goes well... Then soon hopefully I'll get the letter for the Biometrics appointment, hope this time they won't say my fingerprints are "uncategorizable" :-( Hey, don't ask me, ask God, this is the way He created me, born form my Mom and Dad! ;-) After that wait for the interview date and/ or the 10 year GC. Yihaaaaa!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
