Consulate was organized and it is recommended to arrive 15 minutes before appointment but be prepared to wait inside the embassy. They check your documents at a window, take your fee, and give you a token to sit down and wait until the VO calls you to interview. You wait for the interview longer than the actual interview. Simple questions, review pictures. Embassy also communicates via email extremely well.
