  1. thanks for this information. How did you find out that it was sent to the local office? Is there a phone number or email that is best to use? I am still kinda new to this. So at what point are people sent the notice about "In line waiting for interview"... is that after case is sent to the local office? Thanks for any help..
  2. oh okay... though there will most likely be no one with her same name.. Just wondering, so there is no way to contact them or a number to call or website if we want to contact them?
  3. Okay, so I guess she is not the only one waiting this long. Thanks for the reply.
  4. Her biometric date was actually June 22, so about 59 days. (She sent original papers to Phoenix AZ). Anyone we can call for something like this? Thanks,

I think her biometrics was actually June 22nd. Should she have received anything? She sent her stuff to Phoenix, AZ. Thanks!
  6. I looked at some timelines. she had her biometrics in early July but don't think she received anything regarding waiting In Line for an interview. Seems most people get this soon after their biometrics... Wonder if I need to have her contact someone... I also put this in the June filers like you suggested..

    N-400 June 2017 Filers

I am writing this for my friend. She had her NOA1 in early June. Fingerprint in early July. I don't think she received anything yet about in line waiting for an interview. Do you think she needs to contact someone? and if so, who? She lives near Sacramento, CA. I am trying to get an idea when she might expect an interview so she is prepared. So if anyone has any idea for Sacramento, please let me know. Thanks!
  8. Thanks again so much for your help in this matter!! Much appreciated...
  9. okay, great. Thanks so much for your help! It is good to have an idea, when studying the interview questions about when they might call you in for the interview! By the way, about how much notice in advance do they give before the actual interview? A few weeks I'm hoping at least!
  10. I am still reading your message... thanks so much for your help. I was on the phone and she recived her NOA1 in early June.
  11. Need help please! If someone had their biometrics appt in July, and they use the Sacramento CA office, when can they expect the interview to happen? I can't find any time lines for the Sacramento CA offices. All I know is she had biometrics in July. What next should she expect? I see above people have something about "In Line for interview"... After you receive this, does that mean you interview soon after that, or it really varied based on area? I can see the chart that is posted about when they are processing things based on when you sent everything in....but I don't know how to read that chart. Anyone have any ideas? Any help is much appreciated! -Grant

Also, I look at people's timelines and don't know what ROC and EAD mean. Is that related to trying to become a citizen? Thanks.
  13. Hello... It's been years since I've been on this site. Anyway, I am trying to help a friend. Her permanent residency card expires sometime early next year, and so I am trying to see if she might get her interview before the date her permanent residency card expires, or if she should just apply for renewal of that card just in case. She filed in May, and will be doing biometrics I believe early July. she lives near Sacramento and about an hour from San francisco. On this chart, it has August dates for "As of April 30". What does this mean?? Could someone please explain for this newbie (regarding citizenship questions). Thanks! Also how do I find timelines for other people on this site who have gone through Sacramento or San Francisco? Thank you.
