Hi, can anyone help me? I read somewhere that consuls may ask/look for this type of cenomar? did or will anyone be bringing this to their interview? i tried asking for it at NSO and they dont seem to know this type of cenomar.

Can anyone enlighten me on this? Thanks! =)

you are applying for cr-1 visa....i am sure you dont need cenomar...your married already right?....i wonder why NSO doesn't know about CENOMAR ..lol....just wonder......dont bother about cenomar ok.

If you want and still have time, you will request/apply for CENOMAR at NSO. If you're single the CENOMAR form they will give you is the CRS Form No. 4 (CENOMAR). But in your case since you're already married, what they will give you (release to you) is the CRS Form No.5 -Advisory of Marriages.

I had the CENOMAR (CRS Form No. 5) during my interview, because I sent a copy of that to NVC with my DS-230 and I brought all the documents (copies/originals) of all the forms/documents that I had submitted to NVC. Just wanted to be prepared. The more "ammo" the better.

17 June 2010 - Oath Taking (Memorial Auditorium, Sacramento, CA)

According to everything I have heard and read if the embassy needs a CENOMAR they will order it directly from the NSO. I have read posts where the officer has looked at the CENOMAR but still ordered one anyway because of the amount of fraudulent documents floating around in the Philippines.
