NVC send checklist in unreadable language.

Hi i got checklist from NVC by EMail the last page of them(the most important part) I spot It is Greek language. unable to read it. I don’t no why they send something that cannot read,my main language is Thai. I will contact them soon. Please see the attached picture for the Greek language.
