Registration Application (DS-260) - Family Information Children

Please someone give me some peace of advise how to answer this matter in my DS260 Application Form,

i am Applicant Beneficiary and i have 2 derivative beneficiary which has been PAID their IV FEES but suddenly they are not now available to fill up their details in my DS260.

So only me and my wife can edit to fill up to DS260 form.

 

in my DS260 form there is a question what i should the best answer on it..

 

Is this child immigrating to the U.S. with you? 

Yes

No

  do i answer here "NO" ?

 

 Is this child immigrating to the U.S. at a later date to join you? 

Yes

No

What should i answer here ?

yes they are both over 21 age  already age out that is why maybe they are not included to fill in their DS260 Application
