Hi newbie here, my wife ( whom is a USC ) and I ( I'm a UKC ) are wanting to move permanently to the States. I've filled in the form DS260 online and collected all the relevant paperwork together.

I received a letter of confirmation that my DS260 has been submitted and we are wondering what we do next. Do I have to schedule my medical first or do we make an appointment to take all the paper work we have to the US Embassy in London ?

If it's the latter could someone please give me a link as to where I can schedule an appointment with the embassy.

Thanks for any help on this, I'm sorry if this info is already available elsewhere on this site, I've looked but without success.
